Prague Internships
A placement coordinator from Anglo-American University will work with you before your arrival in Prague to help you secure an appropriate placement. Specific requests and exact industry matches cannot be guaranteed, but AAU has placed its students in a wide variety of sites and has many options to offer. Scroll down for a sampling of past internship placements.
Semester Internships in Prague
During the Fall and Spring Semesters, your part-time internship will be one of five course units you take. Depending on your placement, you will be on site at your internship one to two days a week.
The time commitment to your internship may restrict some of the classes you choose, so be sure to pick several courses that may interest you, in case your first choice conflicts with your work hours.
Summer Internships in Prague
The eight-week Prague Summer is more focused on the internship component, though you will also take two classes: intensive Elementary Czech for the first 2.5 weeks, and an elective of your choice for the remainder of the session.
During Prague Summer, you will work at your internship at least 25 hours a week, and will get a chance to experience an international professional environment firsthand. Your resume will never be the same!
